How long does it take to get a response?

Products

The product or size I want is out of stock, what now?
You can leave your email address on the contact page. This way, you will be automatically notified when the item is back in stock.

How do I use my discount code or gift card?
To use your discount code, you can enter it in the first part of the checkout. Once you have done this, the value of the discount will be deducted from the total amount.

What payment methods can I use?
You can pay with: Klarna, Mastercard, Visa, American Express

Will I receive an order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation via email immediately after you have placed your order. This email contains the order number (consisting of 5 digits), the order summary, and the delivery address.

I have provided incorrect address information, can this be changed? Contact us at kundeservice@nordisk-sjarm.com so that we can arrange this.

Shipping

To which countries do you ship?
Currently, we only ship to Norway.

What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are free, we will take care of them.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your package is shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information. Here you can find the status of your order and provide the carrier with further instructions if necessary.

I have not received my order, what should I do?
Haven't you received your order? That's unfortunate to hear! After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation with the order number. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Then you will receive an email with tracking information to track the package. Haven't you received this email, or is the status of your package unclear?

My tracking shows that my order has been returned. What should I do?
Contact us at kundeservice@nordisk-sjarm.com. One of our customer service representatives will investigate what has happened and find a solution as soon as possible.

Returns and exchanges

No problem!
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. We will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 30 days after we have received the returned order. The product can be opened and tried, and then you can return it. Please note that you must cover the return shipping costs yourself.

How can I exchange a product?
You can exchange your order for a new product for free within 30 days from the delivery date. The product can be opened and tried, and then you can return it. How can I cancel my order?
Have you changed your mind and want to cancel your order? You can do this within 48 hours after you have placed the order. We will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 30 days after you have canceled the order.
